contr\u00f4le de d\u00e9bit qui utilise un diaphragme flexible pour r\u00e9guler l\u2019ouverture et la fermeture du passage de fluide. Ce diaphragme, en mati\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique, se d\u00e9place en r\u00e9ponse aux changements de position du levier de commande. Lorsque le diaphragme se dilate, il permet au fluide de passer \u00e0 travers la vanne, tandis que sa fermeture bloque le d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n<p>La fonction de la vanne \u00e0 membrane est de contr\u00f4ler en douceur le rejet de poudres, granul\u00e9s et pellets \u00e0 \u00e9coulement libre, y compris les produits chimiques, les produits alimentaires et laitiers, les produits pharmaceutiques, les min\u00e9raux et les plastiques, dans les applications \u00e0 \u00e9coulement par gravit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La vanne \u00e0 membrane est constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un corps de vanne m\u00e9tallique renfermant deux anneaux concentriques, reli\u00e9s par un manchon flexible. Une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du manchon est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du corps de vanne. L\u2019autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 un anneau de commande manipul\u00e9 par un levier externe.
