ESSICAZIONE
Essiccatoio Tubolare Rotativo ETR
L’essiccatoio ETR è stato studiato per la raccolta, il trasporto e l’asciugatura di materiali granulari.
Esso è costituito principalmente da un corpo centrale rotante entro il quale è contenuto il materiale per l’essiccazione, costruito in acciaio inox AISI 304.
Il corpo centrale è sostenuto sul telaio di sostegno per mezzo di due piste di rotolamento, di cui una motorizzata.
Durante il percorso e fino allo scarico, il materiale è essiccato per mezzo dell’alta temperatura ambientale provocata dal bruciatore.
Per la raccolta dovrà essere previsto un apposito contenitore da posizionare sotto la tramoggia di uscita del materiale.
